THis kit is available for download as free and is having a new amazing feature that using this kit developers can create applications for both Microsoft Surface and Windows 7 touch enabled PCs tool.

Surface SDK 2.0 is based on WPF 4.0, XNA 4.0, Windows 7 both 32 and 64 bit.
